Along my path, I lost parts of my soul and my joy. I was in my head and not in my heart or my emotional body; I was all action and no being. I forgot ME. So, I journeyed inward working with ceremonial cacao (a gentle plant medicine) as my primary teacher, healer and guide. It was a journey to self-awareness.

I reconnected to the essence of who I am. I discovered that I am whole. I learned how to love myself and all unconditionally. I embraced my feminine and balanced my masculine aspects. I remembered how to be in my integrity, alignment and joy.

I live and embody what I teach. I am a bridge for people between worlds, identities, and states of being. I guide you on a luminous soul journey. I see the beauty and light in you, so you can see your own luminous reflection….
